Why do you only do pick-ups once a week?
- I’d love to make my baked goods more available, but since I produce everything by hand and in small quantities to maintain quality, I’m currently only able to make a limited number of cookies per week. Limiting pick-ups to once a week helps me focus on maintaining the quality and freshness of every cookie and brownie I make.
- I am currently working on testing out my cookies on a larger oven so I can hopefully bake a larger quantity of fresh cookies within the day while maintaining standards. My goal is to make my baked goods more available, without ever compromising on quality.
Ordering
How does ordering work?
- Cookies and brownies drop on the website Sundays at 10:00 am.  Flavor updates are posted on my Instagram @zakiebake.
 
- You can order directly through my website zakiebrownie.com.
- If you missed this weeks drop, you can order for the following week starting on Sunday at 10 am.
- For custom orders you can order anytime but it has to be at least 3 business days before the day you need it and I need to make sure it works with my schedule.
Pick up
When and where can I pickup my order?
- Pick up is on Saturdays at 6:00 pm, in front of Target that's next to Riverpark Mall. Exact pick up details are sent through email or text the day before pick up.
Can I arrive earlier or later than my scheduled pickup time?
- I am currently baking full time on Saturdays so I need to limit pickups to the time scheduled and cannot accommodate early or late pickups. I try my best to wait as long as I can if you are late. If it takes longer than 20 minutes, I can reschedule a time and place with you.
Shipping
Do you offer shipping?
Shipping is available only within California. Unfortunately, due to California Cottage Food License Laws, I can only ship my baked goods within California. I do hope to expand larger and be licensed to start shipping out of state.
When do you ship?
I ship on Mondays or Tuesdays and it reaches you the next day.
Cancellation
Can I cancel my order?
Please email zakiebakes@gmail.com if you would like to cancel your order. Orders may be canceled up to 48 hours prior to scheduled pickup time for a full refund. Orders canceled within 48 hours of pickup time are non-refundable.
