I'm just a girl who loves baking, but if you want to know more about my story, continue reading :)

I've been baking sweets and treats in my moms kitchen since high school, I always had a passion for baking but my cookie business endeavors all began in 2022, when I was living abroad. I was baking cookies at home for the family while my husband was at a local café. My husband eagerly asked the café owner, "If I were to bring you some freshly baked cookies, and you liked them, would you sell them?" The café owner said, "Yes, if they are amazing."

After hearing that yes, and being confident in my cookies, my husband ran home and told me to give him a plate of fresh cookies. He returned to the café and gave the owner the cookies to taste. The owner took his first bite and said to my husband, "These are phenomenal—you need to bring me two boxes right now to sell."

My husband came back home excited to tell me, "I told you your cookies are outstanding and everyone needs to try them! The café owner wants to sell them!" I was excited, and the next morning I gathered all the ingredients, thought of a name, and instantly launched a cookie business called Cookie Box.

What started as a small idea quickly turned into a local favorite—people couldn’t get enough and called them the best cookies in the country! It started at one local coffee shop, and by the first year of starting, I had expanded into a commercial kitchen and was baking thousands of cookies for over 100 stores.

In 2025, I returned to the United States, bringing with me my love for baking and a renewed vision. I wanted to offer people an experience they won’t forget when they try my baked goods.

That’s when ZAKIE was born.

ZAKIE is a reflection of my love for creating delicious, high-quality baked goods. I put a lot of thought into each cookie and baked dessert I make. It’s the next chapter of a journey fueled by creativity, quality, and a deep love for sweets. Every treat is made with care, quality ingredients, passion, and a touch of the flavors wholeheartedly thought through.

I’m so excited to share my baked goods with you, and I can’t wait for you to taste what I’ve been dreaming up.
